(1) The supplied hot air is pure hot air, and the temperature of the hot air is supplied according to the demand of the item, ranging from 50 ℃ to 160 ℃, with a set temperature scale automatically controlled.
(2) The drying oven should have at least five layers of structure, with circular flipping and layer by layer drying, mimicking the manual flipping under sunlight.
(3) The fifth layer is a relatively dry material that gradually becomes wet layer by layer and dehydrates layer by layer. The drier material is exposed to hot air, while the wetter material is exposed to moist hot air, avoiding direct contact with dry hot air for wetter items and reducing damage to the substance and color of the item caused by exposure to sunlight.
(4) The items in the multi-layer flipping drying box are dehydrated and dried layer by layer, and finally the wet air is directly discharged from the top layer. The contact time between the wet air and the items is extremely short (less than 5 seconds), avoiding the "fermentation" phenomenon caused by the long contact time between the wet air and the items, ensuring the color of the items.
